Privacy Policy
Supervisual (“Supervisual”, “we”, “us”) operates supervisual.app, a platform that turns construction schedules and trackers into live, visual status boards. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: todz@supervisual.app.
1. Information we collect
- Account information (via single sign-on).You sign in with a Microsoft or Google work account. We receive and store your name, email address, and the provider’s stable account identifier. We never see or store your password.
- Project content you or your team add.Floor plans, unit and checklist data, schedules, statuses, comments, and photos uploaded to your workspace’s boards. This is your data — see section 4.
- Demo requests.If you submit the “request a demo” form, we receive the name, email, company, and message you enter.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by our hosting provider for security and operations.
We use one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics.
2. Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile through Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We use this solely to create and sign you into your Supervisual account and to match access your workspace admin has granted to your email. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models, and do not share it with anyone except the hosting subprocessors listed in section 5, as required to operate the service.
Supervisual’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the service: authentication, board access, rendering your team’s trackers.
- To respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
- To secure the service: detecting abuse, debugging, and maintaining tenant isolation.
We do not sell personal information and do not serve ads.
4. Your project data
Content your team uploads to a workspace (plans, tracker data, comments, photos) belongs to your organization. It is stored tenant-isolated — access is enforced at the database layer per workspace — and floor plans and photos are stored in private storage, served only to authenticated members or through view-only links your admins explicitly create (optionally protected by an access code). We access project data only to operate the service or when you ask us to help.
5. Sharing & subprocessors
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service:
- Vercel — application hosting and private file storage.
- Neon — managed Postgres database (hosted in the United States).
- Microsoft / Google — your identity provider during sign-in.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Supervisual and its users.
6. Retention & deletion
Account and project data are retained while your workspace is active. Deleting a board permanently purges its data and files. You can request deletion of your account or your workspace’s data at any time by emailing todz@supervisual.app; we honor such requests within 30 days.
7. Security
Sign-in is exclusively through Microsoft or Google single sign-on — we never store passwords. Data is encrypted in transit, workspace isolation is enforced with database row-level security, and uploaded plans and photos live in private storage behind authenticated routes.
8. Children
Supervisual is a professional tool for construction teams and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the new version at this address with an updated effective date.
