Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of supervisual.app (the “service”), operated by Supervisual (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you agree on that company’s behalf.
1. The service
Supervisual turns construction schedules and trackers into live, visual status boards: color-coded floor plans and unit grids your team updates and shares. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Microsoft or Google work account; we never store passwords. Workspace admins control who can view or edit their boards, including view-only share links. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your workspace’s access lists current.
3. Your data
Content your team uploads — floor plans, tracker data, statuses, comments, photos — belongs to you or your organization. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. We treat project content as confidential and access it only to operate the service or at your request. Data you import from other systems (for example, schedule exports) remains subject to your agreements with those systems.
4. Share links
View-only share links grant read access to anyone who has the link (and its access code, if you set one). Your admins create and revoke them; sharing a link is your choice and your responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- No attempts to breach security, probe another workspace’s data, or circumvent access controls.
- No reselling or white-labeling the service without a written agreement with us.
- No automated scraping of data that is not yours.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may suspend access to protect the service or its users, or where these terms are violated.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Boards reflect the data your team enters or imports; construction decisions, scheduling, and field verification remain your responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100 if you have paid nothing.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms, with notice where practical.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we will post the new version at this address with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
